History
Justin’s introduction to art began at an early age as he watched his father draw in his native hometown of Columbia, South Carolina. He developed an affinity to cartoons, comics, and toys. As he grew older, he would find himself drawing in classes when he should have been listening.
Continuing with the arts led Justin to Georgia Southern University where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Art degree in 2003. "My original reason for going to college and choosing Art as a major was to learn to draw better for the comics." However, he gained skills in the Graphic Design profession. The newfound knowledge and expertise led him to start his own freelance company "Xclusive Image graphic design". "I felt that when I graduated that I wanted to become a successful entrepreneur. I wanted to make business owners feel a sense of pride as well as giving them a successful look and feel for their brand."
Since 2004 Justin has helped numerous individuals and small businesses, and continues to do so today. Justin possesses knowledge in traditional drawing board work and computer-aided design work. He is also knowledgeable in design programs such as, Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, InDesign CS5, and Dreamweaver CS5. Justin continues to push the boundaries of his own limits as he continues on his journey to become a master artist and an award-winning designer.
Not only is he a graphic designer, but an illustrator and fine artist. He has exhibited works in Atlanta, Georgia in several group art shows such as Mano a Mano Art Shows (2004-2013) and Grind For Life: a skate deck art show(2012) and he is a published illustrator with book titles such as Albo Finds A Home (2010) and The Adventures of Sticky Paws the Raccoon, the Shiny Medal, Honesty is the Best Policy (2012).
